1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid M-Pesa registered phone number to use our services. By using Jambo Rafiki, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To use the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

3. Contribution, Payouts, and Default

Jambo Rafiki operates on a group contribution model. Members join a group and contribute a fixed amount daily. You MUST make your contribution within a 24-hour window. Failure to contribute on time constitutes a default.

Upon default, your account will be immediately and permanently suspended, and you will forfeit all prior contributions to the group's coverage fund. This is a strict policy to protect the other members of the community.

Payouts are made to members on a rotating basis as described in the app. All transactions are final and non-refundable. We are not a financial institution and do not provide financial advice. All M-Pesa payments made to the platform will appear under our parent company name, Webtran East Africa Ltd.

4. Referrals

You may invite new members to join the platform. You are responsible for the invitations you send. You agree not to use the referral program for any form of spamming or harassment. A maximum of 25 referrals is permitted per user to prevent abuse of the system. We reserve the right to revoke referral bonuses and/or suspend accounts for violating this policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) fraudulent or illegal activities; (b) creating multiple accounts for a single user; (c) attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service; (d) using the service for any purpose other than its intended use.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
